To process your replacement request, you must provide:

  • A clear unboxing video (mandatory)
  • Photos of the defect or wrong product

No refund — only replacement within 7 days with proof like video or photo.

5. Conditions for Replacement Approval

  • Product must be unused and unwashed
  • All tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact
  • Proof must clearly show the issue

6. Items Not Eligible

  • Colour variations due to lighting or screen settings
  • Damage after use or washing
  • Customized orders

7. Shipping for Replacement

Once approved, we will share the return instructions. Replacement will be shipped after the returned product is received and inspected.
