Refund Policy

At Tana Bana Maheshwari Handloom, every saree is handcrafted with care by skilled artisans. Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in color, weave, and texture are natural and are not considered defects.

We accept refund or replacement requests only if the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Customers must inform us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos or videos of the issue. Once the claim is verified, a refund, replacement, or store credit will be processed.

Refunds are not applicable for changes of mind, personal preferences, minor handmade irregularities, or color variations caused by different screen settings.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method.
